SAHT Inclusive Multi-Family Design Standards
The San Antonio Housing Trust Foundation created a committee composed of community members living with various forms of disabilities, housing design experts, and housing development professionals to develop a set of inclusive and universal design inspired standards that would provide more equitable multifamily housing for SAHT partnered developments.  The SAHT Inclusive Multi-Family Design Standards speak directly to architectural teams by instructing specific design elements in the design process to include site-based considerations, building components, interior spaces, and dwelling units.  SAHT has an open public comment period through October 27th to receive feedback on the proposed standards. Please send written comments via email to Frontdesk@saht.org or call 210-735-2772 to provide comments over the phone.
