The SAHT PFC partnered with the LDG Development to construct 252 rental units at 6410 S New Braunfels Ave San Antonio Texas 78223 in Council District 3. This apartment community has 126 units reserved for those at 80% AMI or below and 126 at market rents. This project cost approximately $40.2 million at the time of development. The project closed financing in July 2018 and opened in July 2020.
