The SAHT PFC and Finance Corporation partnered with the Home Springs Realty to construct 252 rental units at 6010 Ray Ellison Dr San Antonio Texas 78242 in Council District 4. This apartment community has 252 units reserved for those at 60% AMI. This project cost approximately $33.4 million at the time of development. The project closed financing in June 2016 and opened in January 2018.
