The SAHT PFC and Finance Corporation partnered with the Mission Development Group to construct 197 rental units at 9015 Ingram Road San Antonio Texas 78245 in Council District 6. This apartment community for older adults has 9 units reserved for those at 30% AMI, 90 units reserved for those at 50% AMI, and 98 units at market rents. This project cost approximately $31.7 million at the time of development. The project closed financing in May 2018 and opened in July 2020.
