The SAHT PFC and Finance Corporation partnered with the Home Springs Realty to construct 252 rental units at 3435 E. Southcross Blvd San Antonio Texas 78223 in Council District 3. This apartment community has 3 units reserved for those at 50% AMI, 234 units reserved for those at 60% AMI, and 15 units at market rents. This project cost approximately $30.6 million at the time of development. The project closed financing in March 2015 and opened in January 2017.
