NOTICE OF POSSIBLE QUORUM July 20, 2026 – July 22, 2026 A possible quorum of the San Antonio Housing Trust Stated Entities Board of Directors “Board” may be in attendance of the 2026 Texas Affiliation of Affordable Housing Providers' Texas Housing Conference at 110 E 2nd St. in Austin, TX 78701. I, the undersigned authority, do hereby certify that the above Notice of Meeting of the governing body of the above named Board is a true and correct copy of said Notice and that I posted a true and correct copy of said Notice on the website and at a place convenient and readily accessible to the general public at all times, and said Notice was posted on July 14th, 2026 at 2:40 P.M. and remained so posted continuously for at least three business days before the scheduled time of said event.
