Meet Rachell Hathaway!

Currently, she is a Program Manager for the Kronkosky Charitable Foundation. In her role at the Foundation, she advises non-profits and partners with other funders and community stakeholders to strengthen the non-profit community and the services they provide. Prior to serving in this capacity, Rachell retired from Bank of America as a Vice President, Community Relations Manager, where she executed national initiatives through the coordination of marketing and public relations projects in multiple cities. She also accepted a special assignment in support of the Small Business Administration’s Paycheck Protection Program.

Rachell is a San Antonio native, and her heart and soul belong to the city. She is paying it forward while evolving her dream of working with and building the capacity of the non-profits she benefitted from as a child. Her personal passions are mentoring, affordable housing advocacy, economic mobility, youth workforce development, and financial literacy.

Currently, she is working toward a Master’s in Public Administration with a certification in Urban and Regional Planning from the University of Texas at San Antonio.
