The SAHT PFC partnered with the NRP Group to construct 306 rental units at 4906 Wurzbach Parkway San Antonio Texas 78233 in Council District 10. This apartment community has 156 units reserved for those at 80% AMI or below and 150 at market rents. This project cost approximately $38 million at the time of development. The project closed financing in February 2016 and opened in December 2017. The NRP sold its interest in the project to Tradewind Properties.
