The SAHT PFC and Finance Corporation partnered with the Atlantic Pacific and the George Gervin Youth Center to construct 192 rental units at 301 Spriggsdale, San Antonio, TX 78220 in Council District 2. This apartment community has all 192 units reserved for those at 60% AMI. This project cost approximately $30.6 million at the time of development. The project closed financing in April 2021 and opened in April 2023.
