The SAHT PFC partnered with the Home Springs Realty to construct 252 rental units at 330 W. Cheryl San Antonio Texas 78228 in Council District 7. This apartment community has 10 units reserved for those at 30% AMI, 90 units reserved for those at 50% AMI, 100 units reserved for those at 60% AMI, and 52 units at market rents. This project cost approximately $32.3 million at the time of development. The project closed financing in June 2011 and opened in December 2012.
